Exterior Emulsion is water based
acrylic co-polymer paint meant for the
rough and tough punishing sub continental

It has a smooth finish which prevents
accumulation of dirt and the presence
of fine particulate pigments imparts immaculate
colour, opacity, mould resistance, viscosity

is resistant to peeling and atmospheric
pollution. When compared to cement paints
the presence of special additives in SUNSHINE
makes it a better choice for protection
against algae and fungal growth an d prevents
defacement of the surface. SUNSHINE

value exterior coating that suits the

Direction for use
Surface
Preparation:
Proper preparation of the concerned wall is
critical to the success of any painting job.
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from
loose material. Scrub surface with stiff brush
and clean down with water. To remove fungal
& algae contaminations,use a medium soft
brush and a solution of biowash diluted 1:10
with potable water. Let this solution remain
on wall for several minutes. Then rinse the
surface throughly with water and allow it to
dry before painting.
Recommended
System:
For new surfaces, latex wall primer may be for
better durability or a thin coat of SUNSHINE
Exterior Emulsion thinned 1:1 with water can
be used as primer coat. For chalking or chipping
old surfaces use Sunsol stabilishing solution
(Mansonry conditioner) to seal the surface and
then apply two coats.
Application:
To 2 parts of SUNSHINE
add 1 part of portable water. Apply SUNSHINE
generously with a broad brush in two coats.
Allow 4 hours, gap between the first and second
coats. On walls areas sensitive to weather attacks
like parapets, ledges etc., an extra coat of
SUNSHINE
is recommended.
